Attorney Taylor D. Pittman is a local graduate of San Joaquin College of Law, where she earned a semi-finalist position in the oral argument section of the George A. Hopper moot court competition. She was also a member of the Delta Theta Fi Law Fraternity. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology with an emphasis in Forensic Behavioral Sciences in 2016. Her passion for Criminal Law has been present since the beginning of her education.

She went on to pursue her legal career immediately after graduation, where she simultaneously worked full time in the legal field as a certified law clerk and post-bar law clerk while in law school. As a certified law clerk, Attorney Pittman handled every aspect of a criminal case from beginning to end, even before she was licensed. She developed her interpersonal skills through taking part in consultations with clients. She quickly gained exposure and experience through research and writing legal motions – going on to argue and win many of them in court. While in law school, she also took part in judging high school and college mock trial competitions to give back to the community and share her love and passion for the criminal field.

Attorney Pittman has worked in the area of Criminal Defense since 2018 – both as a law clerk and a licensed attorney. She found her passion in representing clients as they faced arguably the hardest times of their lives. Attorney Pittman commits herself to handling her client’s cases with the upmost attention, preparation, and dedication – both in and out of the courtroom. She shines through her strong oral advocacy and arguments in court, as well as the way she cares for and supports her clients every step of the way.

Attorney Pittman has handled numerous felony cases and trials – including cases of serious and violent strike offenses. She takes every case on with zealous and passionate representation. She prides herself in treating every client and every case with respect, transparency, and professionalism. Attorney Pittman keeps herself apprised of developing law to ensure that her clients feel confident in her knowledge and preparation of their cases.
